UV-LED Oven for the Laboratory Roll-to-Roll Coater
The IR oven unit features two 500-Watt IR light sources, which can be easily exchanged for enhanced drying performance. We offer three IR light source options: Clear, Ruby, and Gold. The IR intensity is adjustable via a front-panel potentiometer, with air temperature also displayed for real-time monitoring. Additionally, a 1kW version is available with an inert gas option, allowing for precise IR drying under oxygen-free conditions. It is designed to seamlessly integrate with the Laboratory Roll-to-Roll Coater, a versatile and compact system for precise thin-film processing in lab and pilot-scale environments. Our modular components allow you to customize your coater for a wide range of applications including batteries, medtech, fuel cells, printed solar cells, sensors and more.
